New Shoujo & Josei Releases August 2024

Now that August is underway, we have plenty of great shoujo and josei releases to look forward to.

Week of August 6th

1) Chihayafuru, Vol. 45

Chihaya has lost game two of the Queen match, but all is not lost in her quest to become Queen.

Week Of August 20th

Some of the unexpected frustrations of pregnancy lead to an argument between Sachi and Takara. When rumors start swirling about her pregnancy, Sachi worries she might not be able to stay in school and graduate with her friends.

2) Cheeky Brat, Vol. 11

Yuki struggles with what it means to be a “good girlfriend” to Naruse and what type of relationship she’s meant to have with Hakamada-kun.
